In a new photo shoot for what appears to be a clothing line, Koena showcased her new snozz. oh my goodness her nose was perfect for her face, there r kids in third world with cleft lip paltes and al it costs is abt 30 odd pounds and kids and people normal pople n poor who have disfigurements and they wud kill to have a cosmetic procedure, if all of hollywood and bollywood got together instead of ruining their own perfectly fine faces they cud give the money they wud have spent on surgery to people who really need it oh mi Dios era su nariz perfecta de su rostro, r para niños del tercer mundo con labio leporino paltes y al que cuesta es extraño abt 30 libras y niños y la gente normal n pople pobres que tienen desfiguraciones y que wud matar a tener un procedimiento cosmético , Si todos los de hollywood bollywood y se reunieron en lugar de arruinar sus propias caras perfectamente bien que cud dar el dinero que han gastado wud a la cirugía para las personas que realmente lo necesitan
