Preity Zinta: Das “o empowerment mulheres é a deve. Eu sempre dei-lhes bastante sustentação e continuarei a fazer assim. Torture against them should be stopped to give them a peaceful and successful life. On this Women’s Day I’m going to fight for female infanticide.”

Rekha: “For me every day is Women’s Day. Womanhood is something to be celebrated with reverence and joy. I feel that only those souls who are lucky are born as women. Because only a woman can teach a man to love, care and share.”

Hrithik Roshan: “All I knew right from my childhood is that the only woman in my life is my mom. But after my wife gave birth to my daughter I realised the value and importance of a woman more deeply. I understood the meaning of what a lady is? We should learn to respect a lady in every possible manner.

Bipasha Basu: “I see a woman in three very different but important dimensions. Firstly, as a loving daughter, secondly as the most affectionate wife and finally as the sacrificing mother. In short, if the world is on the go it’s only because of the woman. If a woman was not created the world would have come to end. So the woman does not demand respect, she commands it.”

Happy Women’s Day to all you wonderful women out there!! And here’s to the good men who support us 8)
