Bollywood Celebs revela seus segredos da dieta e da aptidão

Assim, nós estivemos em uma caça para alguns segredos do falado mais sobre corpos dentro Bollywood. Quando Shilpa Shetty diz que seu corpo é o produto de genes bons, o outro trabalho das estrelas seus butts fora para alcançar essa forma da Um-lista. Dos treadmills no gym ao yoga classifica, Ballz tem a colher para você!

Desde a ruptura acima, Shahid Kapoor tem gastado muito tempo exercitar ultimamente - e mostra! “Eu faço-lhe certamente um ponto para exercitar pelo menos no treadmill 15 minutos diariamente. Eu tento também e workout uma porção do corpo cada dia e se eu for afortunado bastante ter o tempo, workout de I duas porções,” diz.

O ator lembra-nos também da importância de comer saudável. “Eu evito alimentos fritados e demasiado de bebidas ventiladas. O material oleoso, gorduroso é um `grande NENHUM' tanto quanto minha entrada dietética diária.”

Hrithik Roshan' s bod do assassino apenas não lhe faz o self. O homem trabalha duramente para ele. “Eu treino quatro vezes em uma semana. Eu faço três dias cardio em uma semana. Cardio é como movimentar-se no corredor ou a faixa clara por aproximadamente 25 minutos. Meu treinamento do peso é muito simples. Eu mantenho-o apenas muito intenso, muito brevemente. Eu não treino por mais de 40 minutos.

Eu faço apenas bastantes para manter-se myself. Eu não quero começar volumoso,” diz que o homem com o mais perfeito sculpted os braços dentro Bollywood. “Eu acredito que seu corpo é 90 por cento sua dieta. E a dieta uma tem que fazer exame do controle de,” ele adiciona. “Coma o alimento direito. Eu não como a manteiga, ghee, óleo. Eu como apenas o material roasted fervido grelhado.”

Shilpa Shetty liberado recentemente seu yoga altamente publicised DVD. É dita praticar o yoga diário para manter essa figura slim super. “… acredita que deve ser uma maneira de vida para todos,” dito Dale Bhagwagar seu publicist.

O contrário à opinião popular, Shilpa Shetty não faz dieta. “Eu nunca fiz qualquer coisa silly como a dieta da sopa do repolho. Instead, coma apenas bom, alimentos naturais em parcelas sensible,” diz. Assim, que é sua fórmula secreta para manter o peso fora? “Nunca snack - comer entre refeições aumenta apenas sua entrada do calorie. Recorde que o chá é sempre melhor do que as bebidas sugary, fizzy,” dizem a actriz de 32 year-old. “E não coma após 8pm. I always eat at least three hours before I go to bed so my body has the chance to work off the calories,” she adds.

Shahid ex girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor credits her waiflike body to a balanced diet and a strict yoga regime as well. The once curvaceous actress who seems quite taken up by Hollywood has no qualms about looking emaciated, thanks to the demand for stick-thin leading ladies that are a rage in the west. It is also rumoured that she tried so hard to become thin that she actually fainted on the sets of ‘Tashan‘!

Despite reports of starving herself, Kareena insists her body is the result of hard work and was happy to reveal her healthy eating tips:
Kareena’s diet chart
1. Alternates breakfast with a bowl of muesli with nuts or two parathas and yoghurt
2. Lunch and dinner consists of chapatis with lots of green vegetables and dal
3. Snacks every three hours with nuts and milk for energy
4. No salads (she hates them) and no rice
5. Drinks two bottles of electral
6. Says she loves cheese and eats at least one slice because of its protein content and fatty acids

Bollywood Celebs At Mumbai Fashion Week, Saturday, March 29.

This weekend the stars strutted their stuff at Manish Malhotra’s runway show at the Lakme Fashion week in Mumbai. Deepika Padukone posed for cameras before taking her front-row place while her man Ranbir walked the ramp.

Kajol, Urmila and Amisha also shined at the event, whereas Gauri looked like she had been in an oil bath once again. Amrita Rao was also all gussied up in black for the big show, also stopping by to see Manish’s collection.

But dare we say it was Kareena who looked the sexiest wearing an orange halter dress and a SMILE?! The otherwise saucy- faced  actress had every reason to grin as it was during Manish’s last show in October 2007 that Saif publicly proclaimed his love for her and declared themselves as a couple.
