Così, siamo stati su un cercare per alcuni segreti dei corpi parlati di dentro Bollywood. Mentre Shilpa Shetty dice che il suo corpo è il prodotto di buoni geni, l'altro lavoro delle stelle le loro estremità fuori per raggiungere quella figura della Un-lista. Dalle pedane mobili al gym a yoga classifica, Ballz gli ha la paletta per!

Da allora la rottura in su, Shahid Kapoor sta spendendo molto tempo esercitarsi ultimamente - e mostra! “Certamente gli rendo un punto per esercitarmi giornalmente sulla pedana mobile almeno 15 minuti. Inoltre provo e workout una parte del corpo ogni giorno e se sono abbastanza fortunato avere tempo, workout di I due parti,„ dice.

L'attore inoltre ci ricorda dell'importanza di consumo sana. “Evito gli alimenti fritti e troppo delle bevande aerate. Il roba oleoso e grasso è un `grande NESSUN' per quanto la mia ingestione dietetica quotidiana.„

Faccio i cardio tre giorni in una settimana. Cardio è come pareggiare sul corridore o il salto per circa 25 minuti. Il mio addestramento del peso è molto semplice. Appena lo mantengo molto intenso, molto bruscamente. Non addestro per più di 40 minuti.

Faccio appena abbastanza per effettuarmi. Non desidero ottenere ingombrante,„ dice che l'uomo con il più perfetto sculpted le armi dentro Bollywood. “Credo che il vostro corpo sia 90 per cento la vostra dieta. E la dieta una deve prendere il controllo di,„ lui aggiunge. “Mangi l'alimento di destra. Non mangio il burro, ghi, olio. Mangio appena il roba arrostito bollito cotto.„

Shilpa Shetty recentemente liberato il suo yoga altamente divulg DVD. Si dice per esercitarsi nel yoga giornaliere per effettuare quella figura sottile eccellente. “… crede che dovrebbe essere un modo di vivere per tutto,„ detto Dale Bhagwagar il suo publicist.

Il contrario a credenza popolare, Shilpa Shetty non sta. “Non ho fatto mai qualche cosa silly come la dieta della minestra del cavolo. Invece, mangi appena buon, alimenti naturali nelle parti ragionevoli,„ dice. Così, che cosa è la sua formula segreta per mantenere il peso fuori? “Mai spuntino - mangiare fra i pasti aumenta appena la vostra presa di caloria. Remember tea is always better than sugary, fizzy drinks,” says the 32-year-old actress. “And don’t eat after 8pm. I always eat at least three hours before I go to bed so my body has the chance to work off the calories,” she adds.

Shahid ex girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor credits her waiflike body to a balanced diet and a strict yoga regime as well. The once curvaceous actress who seems quite taken up by Hollywood has no qualms about looking emaciated, thanks to the demand for stick-thin leading ladies that are a rage in the west. It is also rumoured that she tried so hard to become thin that she actually fainted on the sets of ‘Tashan‘!

Despite reports of starving herself, Kareena insists her body is the result of hard work and was happy to reveal her healthy eating tips:
Kareena’s diet chart
1. Alternates breakfast with a bowl of muesli with nuts or two parathas and yoghurt
2. Lunch and dinner consists of chapatis with lots of green vegetables and dal
3. Snacks every three hours with nuts and milk for energy
4. No salads (she hates them) and no rice
5. Drinks two bottles of electral
6. Says she loves cheese and eats at least one slice because of its protein content and fatty acids

Bollywood Celebs At Mumbai Fashion Week, Saturday, March 29.

This weekend the stars strutted their stuff at Manish Malhotra’s runway show at the Lakme Fashion week in Mumbai. Deepika Padukone posed for cameras before taking her front-row place while her man Ranbir walked the ramp.

Kajol, Urmila and Amisha also shined at the event, whereas Gauri looked like she had been in an oil bath once again. Amrita Rao was also all gussied up in black for the big show, also stopping by to see Manish’s collection.

But dare we say it was Kareena who looked the sexiest wearing an orange halter dress and a SMILE?! The otherwise saucy- faced  actress had every reason to grin as it was during Manish’s last show in October 2007 that Saif publicly proclaimed his love for her and declared themselves as a couple.
