Teji Bachchan , actress and mother of Amitabh Bachchan passed away on Friday after suffering from numerous health problems for nearly a year. Teji Bachchan, actriz y madre de Amitabh Bachchan falleció el viernes tras el sufrimiento de numerosos problemas de salud durante casi un año.

The 93-year-old was best known for being the second wife of renowned Hindi poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan . In fact, the death of his first wife Shyama sent him into a profound depression and brought on the voices in his head which only Teji could shut off after hooking him in 1941.
