Salman Khan a.k.a prisoner no# 343 in the Central Jail, had very special visitors on Sunday - his girlfriend Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif and other family members.

Katrina Kaif along with Salman’s brother Arbaaz and sisters Alvira and Arpita, arrived from Mumbai in the afternoon to meet the star, who is now imprisoned in the chinkara poaching case.

Though the jail’s visiting hours for the day had ended, the superintendent allowed Katrina and the others to meet Salman for about half an hour at around 3 pm. Katrina and Arbaaz refused to speak to reporters who were waiting with hundreds of Salman’s fans at the airport here and headed straight for their hotel.

We dont think the visit provided any solace to Sallu who has lots of sleepless nights still waiting for him.

Bollywood star Salman Khan or Sallu Bhai as he is lovingly called by his fans in India, has been placed under police arrest in India after a court in Jodhpur, Rajasthan upheld a prison sentence passed upon him for poaching. Salman had flown in from his home in Mumbai (Bombay), where he was mobbed by his fans, some of which had also taken the same flight as the star.

We feel that the courts are being overly harsh with Salman because he is a big celebrity. A five year jail sentence for killing black bucks? where they let killers and rapists out in a few years… wonder!
