Dizem que olhando boa é a mais melhor vingança - e para Shahid Kapoor isso não podia ser mais verdadeiro. Sempre desde que his quebra acima com Kareena, Shahid foi trabalhar para fora ao ponto do obsession. Último fim de semana ao exercitar feriu sua garganta. Os docs recomendaram-no que retirar alguns dias e lhe dar a hora de heal, mas Shahid eram para trás no gym três dias mais tarde!

Aparentemente o ator quer olhar seu mais melhor em seu `upcoming Kismat Konnection do filme'. É começado mesmo um hairstyle novo para terminar seu makeover novo. Hairstylist Dilshad que trabalhou sua mágica nele diz, “uns povos mais adiantados usados me vir e me pedir um haircut como Shahrukh, mas agora os povos dos dias me estão vindo e pedir da celebridade um haircut como Shahid e aquele são um elogio enorme.”

Bollywood Celebs revela seus segredos da dieta e da aptidão

Assim, nós estivemos em uma caça para alguns segredos do falado mais sobre corpos dentro Bollywood. Quando Shilpa Shetty diz que seu corpo é o produto de genes bons, o outro trabalho das estrelas seus butts fora para alcançar essa forma da Um-lista. Dos treadmills no gym ao yoga classifica, Ballz tem a colher para você!

Desde a ruptura acima, Shahid Kapoor tem gastado muito tempo exercitar ultimamente - e mostra! “Eu faço-lhe certamente um ponto para exercitar pelo menos no treadmill 15 minutos diariamente. Eu tento também e workout uma porção do corpo cada dia e se eu for afortunado bastante ter o tempo, workout de I duas porções,” diz.

O ator lembra-nos também da importância de comer saudável. “Eu evito alimentos fritados e demasiado de bebidas ventiladas. O material oleoso, gorduroso é um `grande NENHUM' tanto quanto minha entrada dietética diária.”

Hrithik Roshan' s bod do assassino apenas não lhe faz o self. O homem trabalha duramente para ele. “Eu treino quatro vezes em uma semana. Eu faço três dias cardio em uma semana. Cardio é como movimentar-se no corredor ou a faixa clara por aproximadamente 25 minutos. Meu treinamento do peso é muito simples. I just keep it very intense, very short. I don’t train for more than 40 minutes.

I just do enough to maintain myself. I don’t want to get bulky,” says the man with the most perfect sculpted arms in Bollywood. “I believe your body is 90 per cent your diet. And diet one has to take control of,” he adds. “Eat the right food. I don’t eat butter, ghee, oil. I just eat grilled boiled roasted stuff.”

Shilpa Shetty recently released her highly publicised yoga DVD. She is said to practice yoga everyday to maintain that super slim figure. “…she believes it should be a way of life for everyone,” said Dale Bhagwagar her publicist.

Contrary to popular belief, Shilpa Shetty does not diet. “I’ve never done anything silly like the cabbage soup diet. Instead, just eat good, natural foods in sensible portions,” she says. So, what’s her secret formula for keeping the weight off? “Never snack - eating between meals just increases your calorie intake. Remember tea is always better than sugary, fizzy drinks,” says the 32-year-old actress. “And don’t eat after 8pm. I always eat at least three hours before I go to bed so my body has the chance to work off the calories,” she adds.

Shahid ex girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor credits her waiflike body to a balanced diet and a strict yoga regime as well. The once curvaceous actress who seems quite taken up by Hollywood has no qualms about looking emaciated, thanks to the demand for stick-thin leading ladies that are a rage in the west. It is also rumoured that she tried so hard to become thin that she actually fainted on the sets of ‘Tashan‘!

Despite reports of starving herself, Kareena insists her body is the result of hard work and was happy to reveal her healthy eating tips:
Kareena’s diet chart
1. Alternates breakfast with a bowl of muesli with nuts or two parathas and yoghurt
2. Lunch and dinner consists of chapatis with lots of green vegetables and dal
3. Snacks every three hours with nuts and milk for energy
4. No salads (she hates them) and no rice
5. Drinks two bottles of electral
6. Says she loves cheese and eats at least one slice because of its protein content and fatty acids

Kajol In Mourning

The funeral for Shomu Mukherjee was held Thursday in Santacruz, Mumbai, drawing the entire Mukherjee clan and producer Karan Johar.

Wearing the traditional white outfit, Kajol hid behind dark glasses to cover her seemingly swollen eyes. Her younger sister, on the other hand, had a hard time concealing her sorrow and had to be consoled by members of the Mukherjee family.

Also at the funeral was Kajol’s mom, Tanuja, who looked absolutely devastated as she bid a final farewell to her estranged husband.

Mukherjee, 65, passed away on Thursday morning, April 10, following a heart attack.

Kajol’s Father Passes Away

 This is terribly terribly sad.

Kajol’s 65-year-old father Shomu Mukherjee passed away this morning; just a day before her husband’s directorial debut is released.

The filmmaker hadn’t been keeping well for sometime and had to be hospitalised as well. He breathed his last at his home in Mumbai.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Kajol and the Mukhjerjee family. This must be especially difficult for the actress. She had been surrounded by so much of happiness lately and seemed quite excited about the release of U Me Aur Hum. Our heart goes out to her. Hopefully, she will stay strong.
