Bollywood Celebs openbaart Hun Geheimen van het Dieet en van de Geschiktheid

Zo, zijn wij op een jacht voor sommige geheimen van binnen het meest gesproken over organismen geweest Bollywood. Terwijl Shilpa Shetty zegt haar lichaam het product van goede genen is, andere sterren weg hun te bereiken uiteinden werken dat a-Lijst vorm. Van tredmolens bij de gymnastiek aan yoga klassen, Ballz heeft de lepel voor u!

Sindsdien verdeel, Shahid Kapoor heel wat tijd het uitoefenen onlangs heeft besteed - en het toont! „Ik maak tot het zeker een punt aan oefening op de tredmolen minstens 15 dagelijkse minuten. Ik probeer ook en workout één deel van het lichaam elke dag en als ik om tijd te hebben genoeg gelukkig ben, I workout twee delen,“ hij zegt.

De acteur herinnert ons ook aan het gezonde belang te eten om. „Ik vermijd gebraden voedsel en teveel van geluchte dranken. Het olieachtige, vettige materiaal is een grote GEEN `' wat betreft mijn dagelijkse dieetopname.“

Hrithik-Roshan-werken-outs-gymnastiek

Hrithik Roshan' s moordenaars BZV maakt het niet zelf enkel. De mensenwerken hard voor het. „Ik leid vier keer in een week op. Ik doe cardio drie dagen in een week. Cardio is als het jogging op de agent of skip ongeveer 25 minuten. Mijn gewicht opleiding is zeer eenvoudig. Ik houd het intens enkel zeer, zeer plotseling. Ik leid niet meer dan 40 minuten op.

Ik doe enkel genoeg om te handhaven. Ik wil niet omvangrijk worden,“ zegt de man met het meest perfect wapens binnen sculpted Bollywood. „Ik geloof uw lichaam 90 percenten uw dieet is. En het dieet moet controle van nemen,“ hij voegt toe. „Eet het juiste voedsel. Ik eet geen boter, ghee, olie. Ik eet enkel geroosterd gekookt geroosterd materiaal.“

Het shilpa-Shetty-werk

Shilpa Shetty gaf onlangs haar hoogst bekend gemaakte yoga DVD vrij. Zij wordt gezegd aan praktijkyoga elke dag om dat super slanke cijfer te handhaven. „… gelooft zij het een manier van het leven voor iedereen zou moeten zijn,“ gezegd Dale Bhagwagar haar publicist.

Het tegendeel aan populaire overtuiging, Shilpa Shetty is niet op dieet. „Ik heb nooit om het even wat dwaas als het dieet van de koolsoep gedaan. In plaats daarvan, eet enkel goed, natuurlijk voedsel in zinnige gedeelten,“ zij zegt. Zo, wat is haar geheime formule voor weg het houden van het gewicht? „Nooit snack die - tussen maaltijd eet verhoogt enkel uw calorieopname. Herinner me de thee altijd beter is dan de suikerachtige, fizzy dranken,“ 32 éénjarigenactress zegt. „En eet niet na 8pm. I always eat at least three hours before I go to bed so my body has the chance to work off the calories,” she adds.

Kareena-Kapoor-yoga

Shahid ex girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor credits her waiflike body to a balanced diet and a strict yoga regime as well. The once curvaceous actress who seems quite taken up by Hollywood has no qualms about looking emaciated, thanks to the demand for stick-thin leading ladies that are a rage in the west. It is also rumoured that she tried so hard to become thin that she actually fainted on the sets of ‘Tashan‘!

Despite reports of starving herself, Kareena insists her body is the result of hard work and was happy to reveal her healthy eating tips:
Kareena’s diet chart
1. Alternates breakfast with a bowl of muesli with nuts or two parathas and yoghurt
2. Lunch and dinner consists of chapatis with lots of green vegetables and dal
3. Snacks every three hours with nuts and milk for energy
4. No salads (she hates them) and no rice
5. Drinks two bottles of electral
6. Says she loves cheese and eats at least one slice because of its protein content and fatty acids

Hrithik Roshan To Get His Own Wax Figure…And Twins?!

It was about time!! When Shahrukh & Salman unveiled their wax figures, we couldn’t help but feel for Hrithik who was left out, when, let’s face it, he would have provided for a much prettier face to look at. There’s a rumour going around now, though, that wax artisans at Madame Tussaud’s in London are working on a wax figure of Hrithik in all his muscled splendour.

When asked about the news, Hrithik called it a ’happy rumour’ but more importantly did not deny the possibility of it being true. “I cannot say anything at this point,” he said, “because nobody from Madame Tussauds has contacted me as yet. But it’s a happy and delightful rumour.”

The gorgeous actor, who has a huge fan base around the world, added, “If it happens, it will certainly be a high compliment and a magnificent acknowledgement of my work. I would be very flattered to be standing next to many legends.”

Meanwhile, there’s another rumour about Hrithik that could be described as being in the ’happy’ category. His wife, Sussanne Roshan is reportedly carrying not one, but two bundles of joy!



Whose Video Is Hotter - Shahrukh’s Or Hrithik’s?

There has been so much of hype surrounding Hrithik Roshan and Shahrukh Khan’s item numbers in the flick Krazzy 4. We personally don’t see what the big deal is. It’s not like this is the first time these two are wiggling their booties, but then their fans cannot seem to get enough of them.

Though the song has all the right ingredients of being a popular number due to its foot tapping appeal and groovy mix, the choreography is plain average and does tend to get a bit repetitive at times.

Both videos give us a feeling of ‘been there done that’. The only difference worth pinpointing is that Rakesh Roshan paired the two against each other making them dance to the same song ‘Break Free’. 

What we want to know is, which video do you like better, Hrithik Roshan’s or Shahrukh’s? It’s a simple question, really. Watch them both and leave your comments below.

Hrithik Roshan Suffers Knee Injury & A Severe Case Of Hotness!

Despite undergoing weeks of physiotherapy, Hrithik Roshan’s injured knee is acting up again. On the set of ‘Krazzy 4’, the the hottie-with-a-body would shoot a couple of scenes for his item number and then rest his knee in an elevated position to help relieve the pain.

In fact, now having completed his performance, Hrithik has been advised three weeks of rest. “He can neither dance nor do any stunts. He keeps his legs in an elevated position whenever he is sitting,” says a source.

John & Hrithik Flex Their Muscles At Watson Fitness
