Bollywood Celebs revela sus secretos de la dieta y de la aptitud

Así pues, hemos estado en una caza para algunos secretos de los cuerpos hablados adentro Bollywood. Mientras que Shilpa Shetty dice que su cuerpo es el producto de buenos genes, el otro trabajo de las estrellas sus extremos apagado para lograr esa forma de la Uno-lista. Desde entonces la rotura para arriba, Shahid Kapoor ¡ha estado pasando mucho tiempo ejercitar últimamente - y demuestra! “Seguramente le hago un punto para ejercitar en la rueda de ardilla por lo menos 15 minutos diariamente. También intento y entrenamiento una porción del cuerpo cada día y si soy bastante afortunado tener tiempo, entrenamiento de I dos porciones,” él dice.

El agente también nos recuerda la importancia de comer sana. “Evito los alimentos fritos y demasiado de bebidas aireadas. La materia aceitosa, grasienta es un `grande NINGÚN' por lo que mi ingestión dietética diaria.”

Hrithik Roshan' s tío del asesino apenas no le hace a uno mismo. El hombre trabaja difícilmente para él. “Entreno a cuatro veces en una semana. Hago tres días cardio en una semana. Cardio es como activar en el corredor o el salto por cerca de 25 minutos. Mi entrenamiento del peso es muy simple. Apenas lo mantengo muy intenso, muy brevemente. No entreno por más de 40 minutos.

Apenas hago bastantes para mantenerme. No deseo conseguir abultado,” dice que el hombre con el más perfecto sculpted los brazos adentro Bollywood. “Creo que su cuerpo es 90 por ciento su dieta. Y la dieta una tiene que tomar control de,” él agrega. “Coma el alimento derecho. Yo no como la mantequilla, mantequilla de búfalo, aceite. Yo apenas como la materia asada hervida asada a la parilla.”

Shilpa Shetty recientemente lanzado su yoga altamente publicado DVD. Le dicen para practicar el yoga diario para mantener esa figura delgada estupenda. “… ella cree que debe ser una manera de la vida para cada uno,” dicho Valle Bhagwagar su publicista.

Recuerde que el té es siempre mejor que las bebidas azucaradas, fizzy,” dicen a actriz de 32 años. “Y no coma después de 8pm. I always eat at least three hours before I go to bed so my body has the chance to work off the calories,” she adds.

Shahid ex girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor credits her waiflike body to a balanced diet and a strict yoga regime as well. The once curvaceous actress who seems quite taken up by Hollywood has no qualms about looking emaciated, thanks to the demand for stick-thin leading ladies that are a rage in the west. It is also rumoured that she tried so hard to become thin that she actually fainted on the sets of ‘Tashan‘!

Despite reports of starving herself, Kareena insists her body is the result of hard work and was happy to reveal her healthy eating tips:
Kareena’s diet chart
1. Alternates breakfast with a bowl of muesli with nuts or two parathas and yoghurt
2. Lunch and dinner consists of chapatis with lots of green vegetables and dal
3. Snacks every three hours with nuts and milk for energy
4. No salads (she hates them) and no rice
5. Drinks two bottles of electral
6. Says she loves cheese and eats at least one slice because of its protein content and fatty acids

Hrithik Roshan To Get His Own Wax Figure…And Twins?!

It was about time!! When Shahrukh & Salman unveiled their wax figures, we couldn’t help but feel for Hrithik who was left out, when, let’s face it, he would have provided for a much prettier face to look at. There’s a rumour going around now, though, that wax artisans at Madame Tussaud’s in London are working on a wax figure of Hrithik in all his muscled splendour.

When asked about the news, Hrithik called it a ’happy rumour’ but more importantly did not deny the possibility of it being true. “I cannot say anything at this point,” he said, “because nobody from Madame Tussauds has contacted me as yet. But it’s a happy and delightful rumour.”

The gorgeous actor, who has a huge fan base around the world, added, “If it happens, it will certainly be a high compliment and a magnificent acknowledgement of my work. I would be very flattered to be standing next to many legends.”

Meanwhile, there’s another rumour about Hrithik that could be described as being in the ’happy’ category. His wife, Sussanne Roshan is reportedly carrying not one, but two bundles of joy!



Whose Video Is Hotter - Shahrukh’s Or Hrithik’s?

There has been so much of hype surrounding Hrithik Roshan and Shahrukh Khan’s item numbers in the flick Krazzy 4. We personally don’t see what the big deal is. It’s not like this is the first time these two are wiggling their booties, but then their fans cannot seem to get enough of them.

Though the song has all the right ingredients of being a popular number due to its foot tapping appeal and groovy mix, the choreography is plain average and does tend to get a bit repetitive at times.

Both videos give us a feeling of ‘been there done that’. The only difference worth pinpointing is that Rakesh Roshan paired the two against each other making them dance to the same song ‘Break Free’. 

What we want to know is, which video do you like better, Hrithik Roshan’s or Shahrukh’s? It’s a simple question, really. Watch them both and leave your comments below.

Hrithik Roshan Suffers Knee Injury & A Severe Case Of Hotness!

Despite undergoing weeks of physiotherapy, Hrithik Roshan’s injured knee is acting up again. On the set of ‘Krazzy 4’, the the hottie-with-a-body would shoot a couple of scenes for his item number and then rest his knee in an elevated position to help relieve the pain.

In fact, now having completed his performance, Hrithik has been advised three weeks of rest. “He can neither dance nor do any stunts. He keeps his legs in an elevated position whenever he is sitting,” says a source.

John & Hrithik Flex Their Muscles At Watson Fitness
