Ενώ Shilpa Shetty λέει το σώμα ότι της είναι το προϊόν των καλών γονιδίων, άλλα αστέρια λειτουργούν τις άκρες τους μακριά που επιτυγχάνουν ότι μορφή α-καταλόγων. Από treadmills στη γυμναστική στις κατηγορίες γιόγκας, Ballz έχει τη σέσουλα για σας!

Από τότε χωρίστε, Shahid Kapoor έχει ξοδεψει πολύ χρόνο να ασκήσει πρόσφατα - και παρουσιάζει! «Το κάνω σίγουρα ένα σημείο στην άσκηση treadmill τουλάχιστον 15 λεπτά καθημερινά. Προσπαθώ επίσης και workout ένα μέρος του σώματος κάθε ημέρα και εάν είμαι αρκετά τυχερός να έχω το χρόνο, Ι workout που δύο μέρη,» λέει.

Ο δράστης υπενθυμίζει επίσης σε μας σπουδαιότητα υγιή. «Αποφεύγω τα τηγανισμένα τρόφιμα και πάρα πολύ των αερισμένων ποτών. Η ελαιούχος, λιπαρή ουσία είναι ένα μεγάλο `που ΚΑΜΊΑ» καθόσον καθημερινή δίαιτά μου δεν είναι ενδιαφερόμενη.»

Hrithik Roshan» s BOD δολοφόνων ακριβώς δεν τον καθιστά μόνο. Οι εργασίες ατόμων σκληρές για το. «Εκπαιδεύω τέσσερις φορές σε μια εβδομάδα. Κάνω καρδιο τρεις ημέρες σε μια εβδομάδα. Καρδιο είναι όπως στο δρομέα ή τον εκσκαφέα για περίπου 25 λεπτά. Η κατάρτιση βάρους μου είναι πολύ απλή. Τον κρατώ ακριβώς πολύ έντονο, πολύ απότομα. Δεν εκπαιδεύω για περισσότερο από 40 λεπτά.

Κάνω ακριβώς αρκετών να διατηρηθώ. Δεν θέλω να πάρω ογκώδης,» λέει το άτομο με τα τελειότερα γλυπτά όπλα μέσα Bollywood. «Πιστεύω το σώμα ότι σας είναι 90 τοις εκατό η διατροφή σας. Και η διατροφή μια πρέπει να πάρει τον έλεγχο,» προσθέτει. «Φάτε τα σωστά τρόφιμα. Δεν τρώω το βούτυρο, ghee, πετρέλαιο. Τρώω ακριβώς την ψημένη στη σχάρα βρασμένη ψημένη ουσία.»

Shilpa Shetty πρόσφατα απελευθέρωσε την ιδιαίτερα κοινοποιημένη γιόγκα της DVD. Λέγεται στη γιόγκα πρακτικής για να διατηρήσει καθημερινά εκείνο τον έξοχο λεπτό αριθμό. «… θεωρεί ότι πρέπει να είναι ένας τρόπος της ζωής για την καθεμία,» εν λόγω Κοιλάδα Bhagwagar ο πολιτικός αρθρογράφος της.

Το αντίθετο στη δημοφιλή πεποίθηση, Shilpa Shetty δεν κάνει δίαιτα. «Δεν έχω κάνει ποτέ τίποτα ανόητο όπως τη διατροφή σούπας λάχανων. Αντ' αυτού, φάτε ακριβώς τα καλά, φυσικά τρόφιμα στις λογικές μερίδες,» λέει. Έτσι, ποιος είναι ο μυστικός τύπος της για να κρατήσει το βάρος μακριά; “Never snack - eating between meals just increases your calorie intake. Remember tea is always better than sugary, fizzy drinks,” says the 32-year-old actress. “And don’t eat after 8pm. I always eat at least three hours before I go to bed so my body has the chance to work off the calories,” she adds.

Shahid ex girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor credits her waiflike body to a balanced diet and a strict yoga regime as well. The once curvaceous actress who seems quite taken up by Hollywood has no qualms about looking emaciated, thanks to the demand for stick-thin leading ladies that are a rage in the west. It is also rumoured that she tried so hard to become thin that she actually fainted on the sets of ‘Tashan‘!

Despite reports of starving herself, Kareena insists her body is the result of hard work and was happy to reveal her healthy eating tips:

1. Alternates breakfast with a bowl of muesli with nuts or two parathas and yoghurt
2. Lunch and dinner consists of chapatis with lots of green vegetables and dal
3. Snacks every three hours with nuts and milk for energy
4. No salads (she hates them) and no rice
5. Drinks two bottles of electral
6. Says she loves cheese and eats at least one slice because of its protein content and fatty acids

Hrithik Roshan To Get His Own Wax Figure…And Twins?!

It was about time!! When Shahrukh & Salman unveiled their wax figures, we couldn’t help but feel for Hrithik who was left out, when, let’s face it, he would have provided for a much prettier face to look at. There’s a rumour going around now, though, that wax artisans at Madame Tussaud’s in London are working on a wax figure of Hrithik in all his muscled splendour.

When asked about the news, Hrithik called it a ’happy rumour’ but more importantly did not deny the possibility of it being true. “I cannot say anything at this point,” he said, “because nobody from Madame Tussauds has contacted me as yet. But it’s a happy and delightful rumour.”

The gorgeous actor, who has a huge fan base around the world, added, “If it happens, it will certainly be a high compliment and a magnificent acknowledgement of my work. I would be very flattered to be standing next to many legends.”

Meanwhile, there’s another rumour about Hrithik that could be described as being in the ’happy’ category. His wife, Sussanne Roshan is reportedly carrying not one, but two bundles of joy!

There has been so much of hype surrounding Hrithik Roshan and Shahrukh Khan’s item numbers in the flick Krazzy 4. We personally don’t see what the big deal is. It’s not like this is the first time these two are wiggling their booties, but then their fans cannot seem to get enough of them.

Though the song has all the right ingredients of being a popular number due to its foot tapping appeal and groovy mix, the choreography is plain average and does tend to get a bit repetitive at times.

Both videos give us a feeling of ‘been there done that’. The only difference worth pinpointing is that Rakesh Roshan paired the two against each other making them dance to the same song ‘Break Free’. 

What we want to know is, which video do you like better, Hrithik Roshan’s or Shahrukh’s? It’s a simple question, really. Watch them both and leave your comments below.

Despite undergoing weeks of physiotherapy, Hrithik Roshan’s injured knee is acting up again. On the set of ‘Krazzy 4’, the the hottie-with-a-body would shoot a couple of scenes for his item number and then rest his knee in an elevated position to help relieve the pain.

In fact, now having completed his performance, Hrithik has been advised three weeks of rest. “He can neither dance nor do any stunts. He keeps his legs in an elevated position whenever he is sitting,” says a source.
