هم يقولون ينظر جيّد الإنتقام جيّدة - ول [شهيد] [كبوور] أنّ استطاع لم يكن أكثر يصحّ. في أيّ وقت بما أنّ خاصّتي يكسر فوق مع [كرينا], قد كان [شهيد] يتطوّر إلى النقطة الاستحواذ. نهاية أسبوع متأخّرة بينما يتدرّب هو آذى عنقه. [أدفيز] ه ال [دوكس] أن يأخذ [ا فو] أيام باتّجاه آخر وأعطيت هو وقت أن يشفي, غير أنّ [شهيد] كان إلى الخلف في ال [جم] ثلاثة أيام فيما بعد!

ظاهريّا يريد الممثلة أن ينظر ه جيّدة في ه قادمة فيلم `[كيسمت] [كونّكأيشن]'. هو حتّى حصلت [هيرستل] جديدة أن يتمّ [مكيوفر] ه جديدة. شهرة [هيرستليست] [ديلشد] الذي عمل سحره على ه يقول, "الناس مبكّرة يستعمل أن يأتي إلى ي وسألتني لقصّ شعر مثل [شهروكه], غير أنّ الآن أيام الناس يكون يأتون إلى ي ويسأل لقصّ شعر مثل [شهيد] وأنّ يكون تهنئة ضخمة."

هكذا, قد كان نحن على عمليّة صيد ل بعض أسرار من ال أكثر [تلك بووت] أجسام داخل [بولّووود]. بينما [شيلبا] [شتّي] يقول جسمه المنتوج من مورثات جيّدة, أخرى نجوم عمل أطرافهم باتّجاه آخر أن يبلغ أنّ [أ-ليست] شكل. يصنّف من طاحونة دوس في ال [جم] إلى نظام يوغا, [بلّز] [هف جت] المغرفة ل أنت!

منذ ذلك الحين الكسر فوق, [شهيد] [كبوور] ينفق يتلقّى يكون [ا لوت وف تيم] يتدرّب حديثا - وهو يبدي! "يجعل أنا بالتّأكيد هو نقطة أن يتدرّب على الطاحونة دوس على الأقلّ 15 دقائق يوميّا. أنا أيضا أحاول وتمرين بدنيّ واحدة [برت وف ث بودي] كلّ يوم وإن أنا أكون محظوظة بكفاية أن يتلقّى وقت, أنا تمرين بدنيّ اثنان أجزاء," يقول هو.

يذكّرنا الممثلة أيضا من الأهمية من يأكل يصحّ. "يتفادى أنا يقلى أطعمة و [توو موش] من يهوّى أشربة. زيتيّة, مادّة خام مشحّمة `كبيرة ما من' [أس فر س] تعلّقت [ديتري ينتك] ي يوميّة."

[هريثيك] [روشن]' [س] قاتلة [بود] لا يجعل فقط هو نفس. يعمل الرجل بشدّة ل هو. "يدرّب أنا أربعة أوقات في أسبوع. أنا أتمّ [كرديو] ثلاثة أيام في أسبوع. [كرديو] مثل يعدو على العداءة أو قفز ل حوالي 25 دقائق. ي وزن تدريب جدّا بسيطة. I just keep it very intense, very short. I don’t train for more than 40 minutes.

I just do enough to maintain myself. I don’t want to get bulky,” says the man with the most perfect sculpted arms in Bollywood. “I believe your body is 90 per cent your diet. And diet one has to take control of,” he adds. “Eat the right food. I don’t eat butter, ghee, oil. I just eat grilled boiled roasted stuff.”

Shilpa-Shetty-work-outs

Shilpa Shetty recently released her highly publicised yoga DVD. She is said to practice yoga everyday to maintain that super slim figure. “…she believes it should be a way of life for everyone,” said Dale Bhagwagar her publicist.

Contrary to popular belief, Shilpa Shetty does not diet. “I’ve never done anything silly like the cabbage soup diet. Instead, just eat good, natural foods in sensible portions,” she says. So, what’s her secret formula for keeping the weight off? “Never snack - eating between meals just increases your calorie intake. Remember tea is always better than sugary, fizzy drinks,” says the 32-year-old actress. “And don’t eat after 8pm. I always eat at least three hours before I go to bed so my body has the chance to work off the calories,” she adds.

Kareena-Kapoor-yoga

Shahid ex girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor credits her waiflike body to a balanced diet and a strict yoga regime as well. The once curvaceous actress who seems quite taken up by Hollywood has no qualms about looking emaciated, thanks to the demand for stick-thin leading ladies that are a rage in the west. It is also rumoured that she tried so hard to become thin that she actually fainted on the sets of ‘Tashan‘!

Despite reports of starving herself, Kareena insists her body is the result of hard work and was happy to reveal her healthy eating tips:

1. Alternates breakfast with a bowl of muesli with nuts or two parathas and yoghurt
2. Lunch and dinner consists of chapatis with lots of green vegetables and dal
3. Snacks every three hours with nuts and milk for energy
4. No salads (she hates them) and no rice
5. Drinks two bottles of electral
6. Says she loves cheese and eats at least one slice because of its protein content and fatty acids

Kajol In Mourning

The funeral for Shomu Mukherjee was held Thursday in Santacruz, Mumbai, drawing the entire Mukherjee clan and producer Karan Johar.

Wearing the traditional white outfit, Kajol hid behind dark glasses to cover her seemingly swollen eyes. Her younger sister, on the other hand, had a hard time concealing her sorrow and had to be consoled by members of the Mukherjee family.

Also at the funeral was Kajol’s mom, Tanuja, who looked absolutely devastated as she bid a final farewell to her estranged husband.

Mukherjee, 65, passed away on Thursday morning, April 10, following a heart attack.

Kajol’s Father Passes Away

 This is terribly terribly sad.

Kajol’s 65-year-old father Shomu Mukherjee passed away this morning; just a day before her husband’s directorial debut is released.

The filmmaker hadn’t been keeping well for sometime and had to be hospitalised as well. He breathed his last at his home in Mumbai.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Kajol and the Mukhjerjee family. This must be especially difficult for the actress. She had been surrounded by so much of happiness lately and seemed quite excited about the release of U Me Aur Hum. Our heart goes out to her. Hopefully, she will stay strong.
