Ακριβώς οι ημέρες μετά από το σύζυγό της την κάλεσαν ομορφότερη γυναίκα στη γη, Aishwarya Rai παίρνει προσωπικός με τους δημοσιογράφους, ανοίγοντας περίπου Abhishek Bachchan και απαντώντας ακόμη και στην ερώτηση καψίματος η καθεμία έχει στα μυαλά τους: `Ακριβώς τι στη γη βλέπει σε τον;!» Εδώ είναι μερικά κυριώτερα σημεία από μια πρόσφατη συνέντευξη:
Aishwarya στο ένα πράγμα αγαπά για Abhishek:
«Είναι δύσκολο να τεθεί κάτω σε ένα πράγμα. Τον αγαπώ ακριβώς και γίαυτό είμαι παντρεμένος με τον.»
Aishwarya σε ποιος είναι ο πιό ρομαντικός των δύο:
«Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω. Δεν παίρνουμε σε όλο αυτό. Είμαστε ακριβώς πολύ ευχαριστημένοι ο ένας από τον άλλον και σκέφτομαι ότι σε το λέει πολύς.»
Το Aishwarya στο πιό ρομαντικό πράγμα Abhishek έχει κάνει για την:
«Καλά, πρότεινε σε με. Να θελήσει να περάσει το υπόλοιπο των ζωών μας είναι μαζί κατά πολύ το πιό ρομαντικό πράγμα που θα μπορούσα να έχω δοκιμάσει. Είναι πολύ πρόσθετο, πολύ πραγματικός.»
Aishwarya την τελευταία ημέρα βαλεντίνων:
«Ήταν ένας πολύ πρόσθετος χρόνος για μας, δεδομένου ότι ήμαστε δεσμευμένοι. Αλλά ήταν αρκετά ταραχώδες. Ήμουν πυροβολισμός για Jodhaa Akbar και τη λειτουργώντας πλήρη ρυθμιστική βαλβίδα. Ανεβαίνοντας και κάτω σε Karjat και ξέροντας ότι ο γάμος δεν ήταν πάρα πολύ μακρινός, εργαζόμουν σε τον όλοι - ολοκληρώνοντας την ταινία και τις προετοιμασίες γάμου μας.»

Kareena Kapoor γιόρτασε το νέο ειδύλλιο της με Saif Ali Khan με να περάσει τη νύχτα που τρυπιέται επάνω σε ένα ξενοδοχείο σε Goa. Η ηθοποιός ήταν σύμφωνα με τις υπάρχουσες πληροφορίες πέρα από το φεγγάρι αφότου την χτύπησε ελαφρά το αγόρι εραστών της μακριά σε ένα ρομαντικό ταξίδι στην πόλη με φιλημένες τις ήλιος παραλίες και τις χρυσές άμμους. Το καλύτερο μέρος από το όλα ήταν ότι το ραντεβού εραστών τους ήταν απολύτως απροσδόκητο. Εν λόγω Kareena πρόσφατα της ημέρας της: «Δεν σκέφτομαι ότι θα είμαστε σε θέση να συναντηθούμε εκείνη την ημέρα δεδομένου ότι θα είμαι πυροβολισμός για τις επιστροφές Golamaal ενώ Saif θα είναι στην Ευρώπη, έτσι δεν θα υπάρξει κανένας εορτασμός.»
Εν τω μεταξύ, Abhishek Bachchan
had a little surprise of his own in store for his lady love. The 32-year-old took time off from shooting Dilli 6 in Jaipur and hoped on a plane to Mumbai to be by his wife’s side on this special day. Asked what is the one thing she loved most about him, Ash gushed, “He’s all rolled into one — a fabulous actor, a great husband and an excellent friend. I love him. He is the best in everything he does or is.”

In a rare interview with the press, Abhishek Bachchan talks about turning 32, his busy schedule and, of course, no interview of his would be interesting without bringing up Aishwarya Rai.
On aging:
Thank you for reminding me. I don’t get bogged down by age. I’m just happy to be where I am.
On keeping a low profile:
It isn’t a conscious decision. Unfortunately, such is the nature of our career that we interact with the media only at an event or when a release is around the corner. Otherwise, we tend to get caught up in shootings. I’ve been travelling extensively during the past few months and had no time for anything but work and immediate family.
His thoughts on Ash:
I think she’s the most beautiful woman on earth.
On how important her opinion is to him:
I’m always very keen to know her reactions to my assignments and projects. She has very keen insight. She’s a wonderful sounding-board. I take Aishwarya’s advice just as I take my parents’ advice. They’re some great actors in the house and I do seek their advice.
On whether his opinion matters to her?
Oh most certainly. When she was in two minds about doing Pink Panther because my grandmother was ailing and this film required her to be out of the country for two months, I encouraged her to do the film. It was a wonderful opportunity for her to work with some great actors.

Teji Bachchan, actress and mother of Amitabh Bachchan passed away on Friday after suffering from numerous health problems for nearly a year.
The 93-year-old was best known for being the second wife of renowned Hindi poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan. In fact, the death of his first wife Shyama sent him into a profound depression and brought on the voices in his head which only Teji could shut off after hooking him in 1941.
Together the two would sing their little hearts out and often won wide acclaim during their younger days as a singing duo.
After losing his father in 2002 at the age of 96, Amitabh bid farewell to his mother at the Juhu Cremation Ground Saturday, December 22.
Most of the Bachchan family and friends visited them to pay their respects. Two unlikely frenemies to show up were Vivek Oberi (pictured below) and Aamir Khan.
After recently slamming Amitabh’s acting skills, the actor was too chicken to face the Bachchan household alone and ended up dragging his wife along to pay his condolences. Vivek, on the other hand, was ballsy enough to attend the funeral, perhaps exchanging a few glances with his ex, Aishwarya Rai.
