Teji Bachchan, ηθοποιός και μητέρα Amitabh Bachchan περασμένος μακριά την Παρασκευή μετά από να υποφέρει από τα πολυάριθμα προβλήματα υγείας για σχεδόν ένα έτος.

Τα 93 χρονών ήταν τα πιό γνωστότα για την ύπαρξη η δεύτερη σύζυγος του διάσημου ποιητή Hindi Harivansh Rai Bachchan. Στην πραγματικότητα, ο θάνατος της πρώτης συζύγου του Shyama σταλμένος τον σε μια βαθιά κατάθλιψη και παρουσιασμένος στις φωνές στο κεφάλι του που μόνο Teji θα μπορούσε να αποκλείσει μετά από να γαντζώσει τον το 1941.

Μαζί τα δύο θα τραγουδούσαν τις μικρές καρδιές τους έξω και συχνά κερδημένη ευρεία αναγνώριση κατά τη διάρκεια των νεώτερων ημερών τους ως τραγουδώντας duo.

Μετά από να χάσει τον πατέρα του το 2002 στην ηλικία 96, Amitabh αντίο προσφοράς στη μητέρα του στο Cremation Juhu έδαφος Σάββατο, 22 Δεκεμβρίου.

Το μεγαλύτερο μέρος Bachchan η οικογένεια και οι φίλοι τους επισκέφτηκαν για να υποβάλουν τα σέβη τους. Δύο απίθανα frenemies που παρουσιάζουν ήταν Vivek Oberi (απεικονισμένος κατωτέρω) και Aamir Khan.

Μετά από πρόσφατα να χτυπήσει να ενεργήσει Amitabh τις δεξιότητες, ο δράστης ήταν επίσης κοτόπουλο για να αντιμετωπίσει Bachchan οικογένεια μόνο και καταληγμένος τη σύζυγό του για να πληρώσει εμπρός τα συλληπητήριά του. Το Vivek, αφ' ενός, ήταν αρκετά ballsy να παρευρεθεί στην κηδεία, ίσως ανταλλάσσοντας μερικές ματιές με πρώην του, Aishwarya Rai.

Ο πιό πρόσφατος στο ατέρμονο κεφάλαιο Kareena/Shahid το μακρύ περιπετειώδες μυθιστόρημα είναι ότι το προηγούμενο ζεύγος θα δει την πιό ρομαντική ταινία τους που απελευθερώνεται μαζί την ημέρα βαλεντίνων. Πήρατε να το δώσετε στο διευθυντή για την αίσθηση χιούμορ του ή είστε αυτό σαρκασμός;

Μετά από να ονομαστεί έναν αποτυχημένο για πολύ «Milenge Milenge” was abandoned by the crew but apparently, Jab We Met’s unexpected success has enlivened the project. That OR the director’s clever attempt in milking their break-up for every nickel he can!

“Perhaps it was destined that the most romantic film featuring Shahid and Kareena would come only after their relationship is over,” says producer Boney Kapoor.

However, the rumor mill is abuzz that the lead pair is not interested in dubbing. Nonetheless director Satish Kaushik isn’t giving up hope yet.  “Milenge Milenge is not at all dated. And why should Shahid and Kareena have any problems dubbing it?”

“In fact Shahid lives in my building. I’ve asked him about the dubbing and he’s fine by it. And Kareena I’ve known since she came into the industry. I gave her first big hit ‘Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai’.” Hmm wonder if they’ll promote the film together?

Aamir Khan and his father Tahir Hussain have finally bridged their differences after a nasty legal battle that isolated Aamir from his brother. You may remember Faisal Khan, 41, who suffers from periodic lapses into schizo-affective psychosis, recently ran away from Aamir’s house and had the Khans worrying sick about his disappearance.

However, much to their surprise, Faisal teamed up with his father and launched a public attack on Aamir. Their shocking allegations provoked a ferocious legal battle which resulted in a court granting custody to Tahir Hussian.

A week before Aamir’s directional winner Taare Zameen Par was set to release, his father found himself eating his words. Knowing where his bread and butter lay, the man quickly sent Faisal packing to Aamir’s house.

“That’s a thing of the past now. I agree that there were certain misunderstandings but not anymore. We are all one now. I love all my children equally and I am proud of the fact that Aamir has worked hard for his success and deserves all his achievements,” said Tahir.

Glad to have his father back in his life, the Bollywood superstar arranged a special screening of Taare Zameen Par for his father.

Asked to comment on the film, Tahir says: “It’s a very sensitive film and it makes you cry and it makes you laugh. The child protagonist is very good and the subject has been handled very sensibly.” 

“Aamir, as usual, was very good in the film but even the other actors have played their part very well. I told Aamir that I am very proud of him. Now Aamir should direct another big film. I am always with him. We only want our family to be together always.”

Translation: I am thrilled to have my meal ticket back!

Looking nothing short of fierce, Shahrukh Khan’s leading lady, Gauri graces the new cover of the Indian edition of Vogue. Here are some snippets from her interview:

On her style: “I hate tight, revealing clothes. What I wear really depends on my mood and I always keep in mind that I am the wife of a very successful man.”

On being married to Shahrukh Khan: “He is the best husband and father I could ever ask for. I always say that I am so fortunate to be with Shahrukh Khan, the man. I don’t come from a space where I gush and praise - the world is doing enough of that. I like to keep my love for him private and inside the doors of Mannat.”

On posing for the fashion bible: “This is not my profession. It has to be something really new and unusual to make me want to do something like this. I did enjoy the shoot but to be honest, I wouldn”t do it very often.”

If Shahid Kapoor is still grieving about his split with Kareena, he certainly is doing a good job hiding it! The heartbroken actor is back and banging…literally! Two reporters of Mumbai’s local tabloid Mid-Day swear to have seen him cozying up to tennis star Sania Mirza in Bangalore.

“Yes, we did meet over dinner on Tuesday night, but we were in a group. My friend Shriram and a couple more friends were with us. We had dinner at the hotel I am staying in and people must have seen her entering,” admits Shahid.

“That’s how people must have thought we had something romantic happening. After dinner, Sania went back and Shriram and I spent the night catching up on our lives in my room.”

But the ever-present bellboy had a slightly different version. According to him "Sania went to Shahid’s room, 3044, on the third floor, after dinner on Tuesday." Soon after, Shriram headed home to give the two a little privacy. A prying guest who stayed across Shahid’s room also confirmed he saw a ‘Don’t disturb’ card dangling from the doorknob."

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out what went on behind closed doors. But only time will tell if Shahid is ready to embark on a new relationship or if the panty-flashing star was nothing more than a booty call!
