It must be really hard to walk in Malaika Khan’s stilletos. From getting paid big bucks for magazine appearances to lending her face for a few minutes endorsing products, it’s tiring work being the queen! So what if you have to pose at different events and have people give you free stuff?! It takes a whole lot of effort going through your huge wardrobe, all the while torturing yourself with vital questions such as "Oh, my God! What am I going to wear today!" Not to mention all the club-hopping which drains all your energy. So, from time to time, even Malaika needs to relax and what better place than Vegas huh!
She flew out some girlfriends along with her sister to celebrate the day the good Lord blessed us with her presence. “Malaika took me and three of her friends to Vegas to celebrate her birthday,” brags Amrita. “We’re still there and having a blast. On our way back, we stop for a show in LA.” Below are a few pictures of the gorgeous albeit pampered actress unveiling The Country Club in Mumbai.

In his first interview since his split from Kareena Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor admits that it isn’t easy seeing his former girlfriend cavorting around with Saif Ali Khan: “It will be dishonest to say that this doesn’t affect me. I am human, it hurts to see and read this all the time,” he said. “I guess I have no choice but to live and deal with it,” he adds.
But contrary to common belief, Shahid insists he holds no grudges against either one. “If I do, it will pull me down and I’m not like that,” said Shahid. “I’ll cherish the good memories of that relationship and move on. That’s what I’m doing — looking at the positive side and trying to be happy.”
The former couple’s fourth and much anticipated film - “Jab We Met (When We Met), was released yesterday and much to everyone’s surprise the two indulge in a passionate liplock towards the end.
They’re incompatible in their first two flops films together, but the time they’re close to a split and Kareena is likely bonking someone else is when their on-screen chemistry is sizzling? We hate to be the ones to break it to you Shahid, but she was probably picturing Saif!
Despite that, Shahid says he would love to work with Kareena again. Her response: “Why not? We’ve done so many films in the past. If the script and storyline is good, we’ll definitely do more films together. Besides, I think in Jab We Met , our online chemistry is remarkable.” For now, let’s be content with the following movie stills from “Jab We Met.”

Ever since Shahrukh Khan received unusal attention for his new found abs, the Om Shanti Om star loves to drop his shirt at the slightest instance. From launching health clubs to appearing in sexy photoshoots, Shahrukh is milking his fame to the last drop. His next publicity stop was the Hotel Inter Continental, Mumbai, where he unveiled the new issue of Filmare in which he oozes sex appeal! Now, if only he’d do something about that little piece of hair (on his right) that’s longer than the rest!

This is most undeniably the year of Shilpa Shetty!! All the right things seem to be failing in this lass’s lap at the right moment, the success story beginning with the Celebrity Big Brother show earlier this year. She is doing stuff that all actresses crave to do someday…like launching perfumes named S2, starting a production house also called S2, making dvd videos on yoga…And as if all this glamour action wasn’t enough she is all set to storm Berlin, Holland and the UK.
At London she will be performing at the Royal Albert Hall to name a few, with her musical play called “ Miss Bollywood ”. While there’s no word of Jade Goody being in the audience, it has been confirmed that Neeta Lulla, a reknowned Indian designer will be designing her costumes and equally talented choreographer Ganesh Hegde will be guiding her every move! The song “some boys (well in this case girls) have all the luck” seems to be playing out loud in my head.
However, as much as she tries to distract us with all that bling, she will still be remembered to most as “the girl Richard Gere was all over!” But props to the woman who lets nothing break her success drive!

The nightmare never seems to end for Sanjay Dutt. After serving 16 months locked behind bars for alleged involvement in a series of blasts in 1993, Sanjay came out a changed and sincerely apologetic man. Many felt he had served his sentence, but years later it proved to come back and bite him in the ass when he was found guilty of acquiring illegal weapons from those blamed for the bombings in Mumbai, in a trial that lasted more than 12 long years. (Big surprise, India’s legal system is slow!) He was sentenced to 6 years in prison, but was shortly released on bail. Now, the little hope that Sanjay seemed to have had has been dashed amid news that he has been taken back to the same Yerewada jail.
During his days in prison, Sanjay will have to get up at 7 am to have breakfast, lunch will be served at 12 noon and dinner will knock on the steel bars as early as 5 pm. Chicken will be served once a week and for additional food, he will have to shell out from his own pocket. How you may ask? Dutt, in his last stint, worked on cane artefacts in the jail workshop for which he earned daily wages of Rs 12.50 (a little over 30 cents!) Oh, the humanity!
