Shilpa Shetty, easily the most popular Indian in Britain thanks to her win on the reality show (celebrity) Big Brother earlier this year, has been honored with a doctorate by the Leeds Metropolitan University for her contribution to cultural diversity and good relations between the people of India and the UK.

"I don’t think I am a specifically talented enough 40-year-old actor. I am sure there are a lot of 40-year-old actors there who are more talented, better looking, speak the language better," he humbly says.
He goes on to joke that he doesn’t see himself in a blockbuster unless Hollywood filmakers start doing Hindi film songs. So the day you see Brad Pitt dance around trees in colourful clothing, is the day you’ll see our man doing a Hollywood film!
But till that day comes, Shahrukh Khan is more than happy to be where he is. "I don’t think working down there (Hollywood) is the ultimate aim or should be the ultimate aim of an Indian actor" he adds. No! Not for someone with the size of your pay cheque Shahrukh!
